2008 2nd Grade Missouri Trip
by Rena Shaw / Miss Duncan
June 13, 2008
WHY would any student
want to be up and at school at 4:30 am in the morning?
Because it means that it is time for annual Second
Grade Trip to Missouri!! Since 1973, Miss Duncan and school staff
chaperones have been taking the second grade students on a five day
trip to Missouri. This trip is a wrap up to their year long

school year excited second graders look forward to that morning
when they get up in the dark and load their suitcases and sleeping
bags and board the school bus bound for Missouri.

It is truly amazing the community support that is shown for this marvelous educational trip year after year. Without this support, the price of the trip would truly be too much for many families to handle. Thank you once again! Nancy Duncan
